This page explains what personal information this site collects, why, and how you stay in control of it.

Who is responsible

Benoit De Vaux (Gold Light), a sole proprietorship based in Saint-Hubert (Quebec). He is also the person in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question or request: support@constructorsuite.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waiting list form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your work, if you choose to give it;
• the date of your consent and the page it was given on.

The site creates no accounts, sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no audience measurement tools.

Why

Only to tell you about the launch of Constructor Suite and its offers, including the launch price. Your information is never sold, rented or lent.

How it travels

The form sends your information by email through the Web3Forms service, which may process it outside Quebec. It is then kept in Benoit De Vaux's mailbox.

The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts: when the page loads, your browser shares your IP address with Google's servers.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and at most two years after launch if you do not become a customer.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to see your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Every email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe. Write to support@constructorsuite.com; we answer within 30 days.

The apps

Show Constructor works without internet: your shows, your plots and your voice stay on your computer. License terms will be published at launch.
