Try before you buy

Each app comes with a free 14-day trial, with every feature included. You can judge it on your own computer and with your own console before you pay anything.

Before buying, please check the system requirements (computer, memory, supported grandMA3 versions) listed on the product page.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the app is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

After 14 days

After this period, your purchase is final and is not refunded, whether or not the app has been used.

One exception: if the app does not work as advertised, on a computer and a grandMA3 version that meet the system requirements, contact us. We will fix the problem; if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

Yearly updates (optional)

Your purchase includes one year of updates. After that, you decide whether to renew: renewal is never automatic, and we will email you before your year ends. If you do not renew, you keep the last version you received, forever.

A renewal can be refunded within 14 days, only if no new version has been installed since. Once a new version is installed, the renewal is final: you have received what you paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@constructorsuite.com with your order number. Refunds are issued within 15 days of your request, to the payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund

The refunded license is deactivated: the app stops working at its next license check. Each customer can get one refund per product; buying the same product again after a refund is final.

Before disputing a payment with your bank

Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly. In case of a dispute, we provide our payment provider with proof that this policy was accepted, the license activation date and the license check dates.
